So I have a scene with a bunch of paparazzi but when the scene starts they pop up one by one and it looks terrible. Is there any way to have them all placed out before the scene begins or have them pop up at once ?

I don’t really have the same problem…
But I need 8 people on my screen in the mall, and I have some trouble to put them in a right place.
Also the walking afterwards is not really smooth.
