The word choice needs to be after dialog.

You need to have a line of dialogue, like just the character thinking ‘What do I do now?’

You need to have dialogue right before the word “choice” and all of your brackets are out of order. You must always have a starting bracket right after the option name, and then another closing bracket at the end of that option to close it off.
CHARACTER
Dialogue.choice
“First Option” {} “Second Option” {
} “Third Option” {
}

Then code the choice
