Eh. I don’t really mind the hair. Much better than some of the other options I could use.
Well, I could make a hot character. But it’s harder to make something that most people find ‘hot’ than to make something that most see as ‘cute.’

Well, keep in mind that LL is a fairly new style, while Ink has been around for much longer so it’s been updated to have more stuff. I’m sure Limelight will have plenty of new clothing items and customization options added to it in time.
I personally am not a fan of Limelight, mostly because I feel like there are no options for face shape, eyes, nose, etc. that make the characters different from each other. They all just look the same. Also (and I know this is probably a weird thing to complain about) but I feel like there are too many lip color options. It’s hard to remember what they all look like and so many of them just look the same.

LIMELIGHT all the way.
Ink has better clothing options, but heaps of the facial options just look downright creepy, especially with the guys. While limelight does have less options in terms of clothing and hairstyle, it’s still being updated and is a relatively newish style.
Plus I feel the animations are less dramatic, which I like, though they aren’t the smoothest yet.
Also hands up for CLASSIC being creepy.

I honestly think it depends on the genre the episode is. Limelight is better for more serious plots like something focused on romance or drama where as Ink, because of its cartoon like style, is better for episodes more focused on comedy or action. I personally prefer Ink because I like the genres it fits with better plus I find it hard to customize multiple males in limelight because all of the facial features look fairly similar.

Good point. But if people prefer one over the other, they’ll probably just use that one style for any genre lol
I think Classic wins in variety, which is something I care about. It’s just the faces and poses that scare me.
I honestly don’t have a preference when choosing between INK and LIMELIGHT. If anything, I tend to dislike both of them. And it’s mostly because of the clothing.
LIMELIGHT: Girls only have heels and boots, which is a little insulting. I personally hate wearing heels and prefer to wear sneakers.
INK: There aren’t enough hairstyles, or at least interesting ones. All of them are either generic or just look bad.
LIMELIGHT: The hair is…weird. And that’s because it’s too realistic.
INK: A lot of the animations are bland and too generic. There needs to be a bigger selection so in stories the same animations won’t have to be constantly used to the point where it kind of feels unnecessary.
LIMELIGHT: Okay, they tried too hard to make LIMELIGHT realistic. It just doesn’t fit.
INK: It’s too cartoony and at times can be unpleasant to look at.
Episode needs to make a style similar to Classic in terms of variety, but more like LIMELIGHT and INK in terms of how the characters actually look. Not too realistic, not too cartoony, and not a misfit mix of both,

I personally think that Classic is really creepy and very weird animations this was a main reason i stopped playing episode when it was the only style out. Once I started playing again I noticed Ink was available and really liked it. But now that Limelight has come it’s my personal favourite the only problem I have is that the inventory is a bit small but I know it will get bigger in time so I’m not too fussed atm. So in my opinion stay away from classic and stick with INK and Limelight seeing as though they are the only two with regular updates.

I think the girl characters on Limelight look cute, the boys look too young though.

I know I’m late but when people says limelight tries to look realistic I don’t see it.
Also Ink is so off putting.
And I hate the ink animation when they stick and their head out and open their mouth in shock, it just looks disgusting.
I see people begging for more stuff in ink, but ink has the most stuff out of all the styles, especially in the animations,
Ink also looks childish.
