This is what I will need if you want a character card:
- A picture of your character, wearing an outfit you would like, and in a pose you would like. Make sure it is full body.
- Character Details (IMPORTANT)! Make sure that you include her details so I can make your card accurately!
- Character Description (IMPORTANT)! A short description of your character. If you DO NOT have a description, PLEASE just include the NAME for this step!
MAXIMUM AMOUNT:
The maximum amount you can order is 7 characters. I have changed this policy. If you have already ordered several characters, this DOES NOT apply to you! If you REALLY need more characters, I will find a way to make that work out!
CHARACTER DESIGN:
- Prompt: A prompt to follow when creating your character.
- Role: Their role in the story. AKA, (MC, LOVEINT, etc.)
- Additional Info/Restrictions: If there is any details, or specific things such as hair color, eye color, or face shape, that you would like, please include it. You can add anything!
MAXIMUM AMOUNT:
You can only order 4 characters. If you have ALREADY asked for more, this DOES NOT apply to you! If you are in need of more, I will find a way to make this work out!
OUTFIT DESIGN:
- Character Details: Send the character details of your character. (IF THEY ARE PLUS-SIZED, PLEASE INCLUDE SO!)
- Prompt: Send me a prompt that you would like the outfit based on!
- Additional Info: Send me anything else you see fit!

SPLASHES:
- Splash Details: Tell me what the splash is FOR.
- Color Scheme: Tell me the general color scheme the splash should follow.
- Additional Info: If you would like any other details, bring 'em on!

How I get back to you:
I will heart your message, or reply to you. It takes an average of 1-2 hours for me to complete the order. The latest it takes for me to get back to you will be 1-2 days!
I have some terms and conditions you HAVE to follow. If you do not follow these conditions, I will not be able to help you in my shop. I also have some general rules!
REQUESTING RULES:
DO NOT SPAM:
Spamming is not allowed! If you spam your order more than 3 times, I will not continue your order. There IS a difference between adding more details to your order and spamming. I can tell the difference, so donβt worry if you forgot some info, and wanted to add in another post!
ORDER CAPACITY:
We are all human after all, and huge orders can be taxing! Please do NOT give me more than SEVEN characters to make cards for or to create from scratch. If you ABSOLUTELY need more, PM me. Depending on how big your order is, you will take up more than one slot in the queue, if that makes sense.
RESPECTFUL CONDUCT:
When ordering a commission, please be respectful to others ordering, and myself. I do not condone demeaning language towards others and myself. Please be respectful in my PMβs and in the general forums.
RIGHT TO DENIAL:
I have the right to deny you service if I cannot cooperate with you, or the workload is too much.
RIGHT TO RETRACT YOU ORDER:
You have the right to retract your order for as long as you are in the queue, and I HAVE NOT started working on your order, and for 1 day during the working process. I believe that this enough time to make up your mind. If you do NEED to cancel after this period, you must give me a reason why.
GENERAL RULES
NO THREAD HOPPING:
Please do not thread hop. It saddens me, and I will deny your order.
NO BASHING:
Do not bash my shop or my work. If you have anything negative to say, you can write to me in my PMβs about it. I will try to help you solve the issue. I also ALWAYS ask for any criticism and feedback after the commission. You can also express your opinions there.
FILL OUT THE DETAILS:
Please fill out the required details. It is hard to make an appropriate order if you donβt follow my details. When you do so, I get all the information I need to complete your order. If I have to continually ask you for details, I will not complete your order. I understand that you are human, and will not deny you, just because you forget. If it goes on for more than 2 weeks, (of not giving me any info), I will deny you!
CREDIT RULES
I do not take not crediting me lightly. Please credit me appropriately. If you have an issues with these forms of credit, please PM me the deets, and we will work on a method that suits both of us.
WATERMARKING:
Do not erase the watermarking on my work. It is there to signify that I have made that. If you somehow delete the watermark, which is @sara ON THE FORUMS, I will deny you access in the future, and take appropriate action.
STORY CREDIT:
Besides the watermark, I would like you to add a readerMessage, or crediting me at the start or beginning of your Episode for credit. When your characters appear in the story, I would like for you to add a readerMessage, crediting me then too! I used to make my characters free of credit, but I realized truly how hard they are to make, so I would like credit on them. For outfits, I continue to make them FOC, (free of credit)!
I am flexible on methods to credit, so make sure to PM me if these methods do not work for you, and we can work something out together!
CHANGES IN POLICY
My shop has changed drastically, and it used to look nothing like this. If these credit rules, or anything did not apply during your time working with me, I will not push them on you, or NOW ask you for credit. However, WATERMARKING and other rules will still be applicable.
I might not get to you right away, or I will tell you that I have other customers. If I have taken your order, this is where you can see where you are in the queue. This is less of a wait list, and more of a queue. I only take 4 major orders at a time! If I am missing your name, make sure to say so, that way I can add you!
