Clothing Art Catalog Bug!

Anyone else experiencing an issue in the clothing section of the art catalog??

I’m unable to scroll through the clothes. The catalog (for any character type/gender, for any episode style, and no matter how it’s sorted) is only displaying the first page (six rows) and then will not move any further. The scroll bar stops and doesn’t continue to show you all clothing.

So the only place I’m able to see all clothing is on outfit editor page, where you can’t open a full screen picture of the item and if you were to accidentally click on an item it would add it to an outfit.

This is very frustrating. Can this scrolling bug please be fixed!

I am having the same problem. I have send a msg about it and am receiving no response on the matter.

Ugh yeah it’s really frustrating. I want to be able to look at the clothes in the art catalog. I just thought to report it here by making a post… but I’m thinking I should go online and try a support ticket. Maybe you could too if you wanted… I’d just keep checking everyday expecting hoping and praying it to be working (lol) but every time I’m surprised and disappointed it’s not. Hope it gets fixed soon!

I have made two support tickets. The first one they randomly closed. And the second one they said they would send me to someone to expedite it and its been over a week.

I just got an email back giving some random tips and then asking for like portal info/computer info…

It’s funny because none of that information has to do with the issue. This is happening weather you have a story you’re working on or not. And it’s not happening within in an chapter…

I got that and responded with everything I tried. They then told me it was my internet connection. I should get better internet and maybe hook into it directly. But I really can’t upgrade my internet anymore and know thats not it. So hopefully they will figure out for themselves over time.

Daaaaaaaaaang! That’s rough… I’m also wondering like is it really only us two…?? I assumed it was something that was happening for everyone… but you’re the only one who’s responded to this thread… I really hope it’s fixed soon cause not being able to scroll through the clothes is very frustrating, as then the only place you can is in the outfit creator/editor.

Like we can’t be the only two people in the whole episode community having this portal issue?!? :melting_face::woozy_face::face_holding_back_tears::sob:

Are you still running into this bug?

I did run into that issue with the clothing catalog not scrolling last week, probably around Thursday… but it’s been working for me for the past few days (I think it started working on Monday). I can say that clearing my browser cache and temporary files may have helped in my case.

Are you running into other sections of the catalog not scrolling? For example, do the background catalog and overlay catalog scroll as you’d expect?

Yeah no, only the clothing catalog… everything else works fine. I had cleared my cache in the time that it was going on and it still was after. I haven’t checked it in a few days tho. I’ll check again in the morning.

I saw a few people when I made a post but not a ton. And it puts a damper on writing when you suddenly want to add something specific with the clothing portal and you can’t.

Yeah it’s super frustrating… and the response we both got from support doesn’t seem all that reassuring that they’re on it… I still haven’t rechecked mine, but I doubt it’s fixed.

Mine is still doing the same thing.

Oh no! I’m not on my main computer I normally use… when they asked me to re-check it I was (and still am) away from home… so part of me was like “yay! It’s working now!!” But then I was also like “but is it working back home…??” I’m not home for another two weeks… so I have no way of knowing right now… I’m hoping it’s working back home as well… but the fact that it’s still not working for you has me wondering : /
