I can think of only 3 scenarios for a fedora
One is
The second one is when portraying a late 2000s or early 2010s girl dressing up, or a OC Disney girl you clutter on any clothes you can layer and just go nuts, but also wear a fedora
And the third is Neckbeards and Niceguys who say stuff like “M’lady”
