I think the Episode team could actually do this somewhat easily. Add a few swim animations, have the tails hide their legs and move slowly when in a stand, related to the animation in a way that makes sense, curled around the character when sitting, and moving more when walking and running. Maybe that would actually take a while, but it would be great!
