So am I being blind, or could be completely wrong, but wasn’t there some pirate costume tops for male characters? I can’t find them at all, and the pirate hats that say include a scarf, do not have said scarf.

Was there? I don’t remember seeing pirate tops for male characters. All I know is I often see male pirates wearing “Long Sleeve Ruffle Cuffed Shirt Cotton Grey White” top.
