CLOTHING: suspender skirt dress

I just realised how nice it’d be if episode had some skirts sort of like this.

The nice part is that thing that goes over the shoulders. So some skirts that has something like them would be great. I don’t know the word for those, is it straps? Anyway, does anyone agree ?
