I see that you are using a phone previewer. That one happened to me (My characters weren’t doing the animations). I restarted my phone and it was back to normal.

Are you trying to get her to “talk_kneel” animation?

either one the talk_kneel or the one where their petting a dog
talk_kneel_neutral_loop or pet_kneel_happy_loop
