Coding help needed (problem with adding sound)

How can I fix this problem?

I added a sound to my script and when I previewed it in the web previewer it worked but after I published the story and played the story, the sound wasn’t there.

This has happened a few other times too and sometimes the sound doesn’t work in both the web previewer and the published story.

What interferes with the sound? Is it the transitions or the music playing in the background or what?

Thanks for your reply.

However, I can’t edit the code anymore. I have published my story and if I edit the code the progress of all my reader will be reset.
