And make the tear drop go on the mom’s face?

Make sure to change its opacity to 1. By default, overlays are transparent. I’d use the create command for this overlay, I think :thinking:
I think (don’t quote me) that using the “with” adds the overlay into the background as part of it, but I don’t know for sure.

That’s not the issue.

Make sure that you also do the layering for the mom:

@.MOM moves to layer 0 (or any number less than the layer the TEARDROP overlay is on)

#ignore the . between @ and MOM. I just put it there to remove accidental mentioning.
