I’m in need of some help when it comes to coding. I’m just starting out on episode, and my story isn’t fully put together yet. Right now, I’m just testing things out on the portal (trial and error) but I keep running into problems. I’m extremely confused on how to make an overlay rotate and flash at the same time if possible. Or even just rotate. Some questions I had was also while it’s flashing, how can i change the speed and opacity to make it look normal, if that makes sense? Sorry if this confused anyone, I’m just really in need of some guidance at the moment

Hello, I’m also new in episode; I am not that good at rotating overlay but I can help you with spot directing and with zooms to.
I found a page which might help you out first you need to search “how to rotate overlays episode” in your browser or in google and then you enter a page called “episodesupport”

&overlay OVERLAYNAME rotates ANGLE anchor point X Y in S
&overlay OVERLAYNAME opacity O in S
- OVERLAYNAME = Your overlay name
- ANGLE = How much it’s rotating
- X Y = The coordinates the overlay will rotate around, between 0 and 1.
- O = Opacity between 0 and 1. 0 = transparent, 1 = opaque.
- S = Seconds
Change the value of S.
