Coding question, I need help

Trying to cut to a different zone does’t work. It still stays on zone 1 where C1 is

Did you purposefully put &cut to zone 1 after you switched to zone 2?

you need some code between the cuts, since cut happens instantly

Hi,
I’m finished my story and figured some things out. I am really puzzled about one more coding problem. In some scenes my character will appear like 1 or 2 seconds later after the new scene appeared, I first put in the direction code-example: Nylah stands screen left AND NYLAH faces right, this happens. Then I take that out then put in the spot coding, Example: @JEWELS spot 1.280 53 1 in zone 1
Then same thing happens! Please tell me what am I doing wrong. I’m trying these two and something isn’t right I know if I spot my character in previous zone then still writing the direction messes up what I want them to do. I went over it many times and I’m not getting it.
