For awhile I’ve been practicing and making backgrounds and was embarrassed to show them to the community at large…So, I was keeping them behind a lock on my drive and only a few people have seen and requested access. However, I’m not gonna lie, I’ve lost a lot of my drive to create and haven’t been able to think of anything else to make.
So, I’m just gonna unlock the drive and give access. My only request is to credit me if you use them and don’t claim them as your own.

If you have any suggestions for things I could make, feel free to comment them but understand that I may not be able to make them at my current skill level.
So, yeah, that’s all. Enjoy.

You’re welcome and I get the feeling of your art level not being where you want it to be. I keep struggling with that, too. But, honestly these will be helpful to so many of us and you’ll only get better that’s the cool thing about creating things. Even those days when it’s like a three steps forward, two back situation, you’re learning something.
Like I just closed the window on pinterest because all the refs were so much better than what I can do and it honestly made me mad lol. Sometimes you have to do that, too. But if you like creating things, when the motivation is there, do it, and if not, do something else until it’s easier. I can see your drive for it in these backgrounds, so if you really like creating, the motivation will come back like a true best friend after a bad fight. Take care, and thanks again for sharing.

Thank you for such kind words
I think taking a break is what I need. For the last several months I’ve been making as many things as I could and learning new ways to use my software that I think the fun has been drained which is killing the motivation to work on anything. Right now I have 4 wip backgrounds that I open and look at and then close lol.

You’re very welcome! Any time, oh my yes the WIPs. I think my ratio is about one ‘finished’ piece to 20 WIPs. And that’s a very generous estimate haha. Take care!

New background in the drive! I made this simple Antique shop for all your thrifty needs. lol
Really, I just needed it for practice and liked how it turned out. Comes with full front overlay of dress, hat rack and baby carriage, spinning wheel and a full counter with floor attached to get rid of those embarrassing feet sticking out moments.
Hope this helps someone out there.

Added an exterior police car overlay set that has base, front w/no glass and the window glass as separate overlays for all your layering needs.
