I’m not sure this counts as a common scene as I remember me reading two stories with the exact same backstory, but it’s basically the LI having a tragic event of their parent getting into a car crash because the LI couldn’t/wasn’t able to drive to a party. Which is weird because LI in the present day still just … goes to parties?

Every time I see the MC walk offscreen and the camera stays on the LI, I’m like “Wait for it…” and at least 9/10 he does that exact animation.
