What’s up episode players, do you need help? But don’t want to create a topic asking for help? Do you want to help others, but don’t want to make your own help thread? Well, here you go!

This is a community help thread so any of you players can ask for help, and players who wish to help can help you! Even for complex questions, there’s bound to be someone who knows the answer.
If you know the answer to a question, you can go a head and answer it!

Umm
Well, i was customising a brand new limelight character, the preview then updated and it showed the character all… black and dark. I tried messing around with a few things but i think my writer’s portal has totally glitched out. Has this happened to you before??

I had something similar. I put an outfit on the character and they became a big black mess.

I refreshed the page and then turned my Wi-Fi on and off and it worked fine!
