I gave it to my parents and they…hated it

I confess that I hate eating food. It makes me feel gross emotionally and always makes me feel sick and/or have a stomach ache. I’m always hesitant or against telling anyone because it happens so often and I’m afraid they may think I’m lying. It makes me not want to eat a lot of the time. Even though I know I have to.
