Ok so here’s the thing when I say I’m depressed to anyone they say me too but actually it’s not the same for me.

I have MDD (Major Depression Disorder)and I was told if I’m depressed for a long period I could have a stroke. A few years ago I was diagnosed with this but before that when I was in kindergarten I was diagnosed with Generalized anxiety disorder and now its Severe Generalized anxiety disorder. {GAD/SGAD} I also was diagnosed with Obsessive compulsive disorder and then in grade 4 or 5 Sensory Processing disorder.
