@Rosyyy @AverysTea since you can’t get into the app to get support ID, just put in six question marks ? That should work.

Also, you might want to try connecting to a different internet network. Chances are high it’s a network issue with your wifi/internet. If it works with your 3g/4g/5g/mobile data then chances are a power cycle to your wifi router will fix the problem. If it’s not that then I would def suggest submitting a ticket

Hi ! I’m sorry to disturb you but can you please tell me like you said that you wipe and reset your phone when I done it after clicking on wipe and reset it . It gives me more option to choose like = all data or user data or SD card. So, I just wanted to ask you that do you also got these options if yes so which one did you choose please reply back
