Granted, but you would need immense amounts of energy (kj) to sustain such a use of physical assertion; so to speak, you would need to change your entire behavior to suit this power. You sleep cycles and energy intake would change drastically and you may not match up behaviorally to everyday humans and may not fit in society.

Granted, but the government would hunt you down and confine you in a solitary prison deep beneath the Earth, or experiment and study you to adapt whatever enhanced physical/chemical processes you use to accelerate with such speed into their own technology.
