I need help with choices how do i add choices to my story?

Lets say if i want to do romance story right and i start off with an job interview day me sitting waiting to be called and then the lady that comes out her office walks up to me before saying anything how can i add the choices in? Lets say the person would be you how can i do the name choice and the description looks? For both characters?
