Hi, I was using Dara Amarie’s template website and she said about this grey box? I’m having trouble with it because a grey box appears but i put my characters name in “Jax” in all caps but it searches for all the jax’s i have written in my script? Please help!

I have! but it searches for all the times i have typed JAX in my script

You have to click on ALL first before typing your character’s name

I did try that, and then the grey box disappeared
