Couldn't Refill Passes

Hi! Recently, I have a problem with my Episode app. The passes couldn’t refill even I already waited for 4 hours. Everytime I close the app, and when I open it again, the time would go back to 4:00:00 so I don’t receive any passes. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you so much.
