Cover art - drawings/watercolours/cartoon suggestions

Hello, is anyone able to create a cover for my story? I want it to look like a drawing/watercolours or cartoon characters? (I know this probably makes no sense lol). I have looked everywhere and can’t find anyone, I’m not too sure who is even available at the moment, everyone seems to be really busy! Any feedback/ideas/suggestions would be brilliant & i would be eternally grateful. Help ya girl in need. Thank you
