Cover Art (Help!)

I am a new small author and wanted to try doing my own art since a lot of artists aren’t free. I was just wondering what apps most artists use to complete their art. Please help!

I’m not an artist, I’m an editor, but I think lots of people use ibispaint.

I use ibis paint x to create outlines, and then i do most of my coloring and shading in iArtBook. Both are free ◡̈

I personally like using fireaplaca, it’s a program that you can download on a computer or laptop.
