Creating a cover

Hi guys, I’m new to the forum. I’m currently working on a story entitled “My secret”. That’s the description:
She has a secret: a dangerous illness.
He has a secret: a gang.
Will they be able to keep them hidden?
What will happen when they’ll cross their paths?

I have to make the cover, I know how to make it, but I just have no idea of what to draw. Could you please give me advices?

Maybe something like a half and half cover. For example like a celebrity story might have one side regular life and the other side their famous life.

My I can understand where you are coming from, that the same thing with me. How about you do your character with a lock in the middle.
