It’s okay, and I’m glad to hear it. I said it because you don’t know where everyone online are truly from or their heritage. I, for one, am not of Chinese heritage at all. Though I do have many Chinese and mid to east Asian friends, am originally from a culturally diverse country, and used to live in South Korea… most of my knowledge comes from my own interest in doing my own research.

I don´t think this should offend anyone…
I mean if you as a writer want to make the storyline according to the MC´s look/ethnicity, it´s your story and you can make it whatever you want! 
If the overall story contains different races I think it´s good.
I don´t think every story has to have full customization.
Does ANYONE agree?

Wait so would it be okay to have limited skin options or should I have all - A lot of people think I should have all while @devilishh said that I wouldn’t offend anyone - I just don’t know
I would like to go from light to tan/medium but I would be absolutely willing to include all skin colours
Also I may have art scenes so I’m not sure what to do.

Well, going with the majority would probably be best since they’re your potential audience/readers. Though I’d choose to go with you’re gut, as you’re the writer and have to be happy with your story, ultimately. In saying that, I still suggest that doing heaps of research is key.
But if you are certain that there will be art scenes, then I say no CC because it’ll just ruin the effect of the art scenes and there will be no point in having them.

NAME: Adventurous: Test Subject 19
SYNOPSIS: Keira is a brave and strongwilled girl, toughened by her past. She accidentally gets caught up in a government conspiracy when she and her best friend discover a secret underground lab where a group of ‘specials’ are being expiremented on for their powers. Now Keira has a choice. She can return to her old, safe, boring life. Or she can risk everything to save a world she never knew existed. There’s no turning back now.
