FEATURE: Form to prevent copyright infringement with crossovers in stories

I suggest there should be a form that each author should be able to fill out to prevent any “misused characters” or copyright infringement. This form will give each author the opportunity to state whether or not they are permitting someone to use themselves, part of a storyline, etc in someone else’s story. That way, Episode has a reference guide to refer to if they come upon a story with a crossover. Idea thanks to @rebecca.stories
