ohhhhh
Like encounter each other in a story
I think it would be best if they had some proof sent to them.
But like technically can someone explain to me how a character can be misused cuz I don’t get it…
Good question…
Can someone please tell me too?
uh…what?
Same…
Uh, isn’t there a crossover in Positively Princess with characters from The Royal Baby?
A crossover is when two things whether it’s a movie, book, or tv show combine to create an episode or movie.
So, for example Spongebob meeting Steven Universe would be a crossover.
A misused example would be me taking spongebob and putting in my own TV and making him act rude towards others. Spongebob is generally not a rude person so I have just misused this character.
I think since it’s a social media post so they just asked that for the fun of it. Like one of those which Episode character would date post.
Yea kinda thanks for clearing it up
Firsy off, authors are fine with us using their characters in our stories. Their okay with it…omg…my mind messin up on this now
ohhhh i thought they meant something different…wait…ugh gahhhhhh
You mean if they act rudely that is a misuse of a character
Tbh… I can imagine a lot of ways people would misuse characters. Porn, violence, etc. Basically other violations of the guidelines. Imagine you had a fight with a friend who had your characters in a crossover, so they make all your characters change what they’re doing so it slanders your story. Might not seem likely, but it’s possible
I just hope that this rule applies to all authors because episode likes to come hard at small authors and not the big authors.
There is no deadline to remove stories that feature Episode-centric crossovers.
I know you stated that there isn’t a deadline, but maybe you should make an announcement on instagram also? I feel like some people will ignore this and continue to do this
Hm? This doesnt only apply to INK authors lol
My same thought
