If he knows that you’re moving, I recommend saying something like this, “Hey, so you know I’m moving soon right? Anyways, I’d like to keep in touch when I move so is there any chance I can get your number?” I’m sure he won’t say no!
If he doesn’t know that you’re moving, I recommend saying something like this, “Hey, so I’m moving in about two months. It’s not permanent, but I just wanted to know if you wanted to keep in touch! If so, can I get your number?”
