They actually do
It is very common for white people to have curly hair, my brother is 75% white (which is very vague, I know, I feel someone with white skin is always simplified to a “white” person but really no person is fully anything) But he has extremely curly hair, as well as my cousin who would be perceived as white, her hair literally cannot be straight cause when she brushes it, is just gets really big LOL. But to say curly hair is uncommon in “white” people is not the most accurate statement. But I do feel it is relevant to acknowledge that different races have different textures and ways of being curly- this is not to say a black person could not be born with white textured hair and vise versa, but it isn’t aligned with commonality.
Basically, yes, it is common for “white” people to have curly hair LOL
