Custom overlay help

I made this yesterday. I’m satisfied with the facial expressions but there’s obviously one problem…

I’m missing her body! I’m not advanced enough to attempt to make custom poses.

So I’m asking for help in anyway I can get it.

How did you get the full eyes? And how do you make the mouth?

I just edited pictures together and used ibis paint x
