Hey, guys! I have an issue and I have no idea how to fix it. I recently just started with a story and I’m on my 2nd episode. In the 1st episode, I let my readers customize their names but when I got to the 2nd episode, it said FIRSTNAME instead of the names the readers have chosen. What should I do??
Do you preview on the writer’s portal or in the app?
Both and it’s the same result 
In the app previewer, be sure to play the story from before the moment you have to type in the name, and play until the next episode

Can you send a picture of the script when you let the reader choose the name?
