After the polls have come back, I’ve settled on a damage/hit point system for the battle scenes in my story. The average amount of HP per character will dramatically affect the length of the battle, as well as affecting how much damage each attack will take, too.
This poll is for the humans. Other races will have different amounts, as well as certain, undefined as of yet, factors affecting the HP as well.
