i added cc to my story but whenever I try to preview it, this keeps coming out:
the problem seems to be coming from the customization template itself because when i take it out, the chapter preview opens. does anyone know what’s going on?

Just took a look, and across all three body types, none appear when I searched “long curls solid” in the character creator. I could be wrong, but the names of the hairstyles match across the character creator and the code writer, right? If so, this may be your problem. 
but all i’ve done is copy and paste the template to my script, then change the character name so the issue isn’t coming from any coding in my script.
I believe you need to clear your browser cache.

True, though I made the guess, because sometimes Episode updates existing assets, and while it’s rare, it’s likely a name of an assets has changed in the past. I mostly just threw the suggestion out there. 
Though I’m glad to see you were offered a better solution that fixed the problem! : )
