ty! how do you get the zoom to be on the zone?

Cut to the zone first, then zoom

Sorry if I’m annoying you, but I tried watching a video of Joseph Evans about zooms, but the scene is still in zone 1 . My script is:

EXT. DUTCH COLONIAL HOME - NIGHT
@speechbubble is 164 393 to 100%
&zoom on 189 382 to 292% in 4
NARRATOR (ELIJAH)
My bedroom feels warm, but it’s cold outside.
I could tell because of the foggy windows.
@zoom reset
@cut to zone 3
@ELIJAH stands upscreen right in zone 4 AND ELIJAH is listen_phone_sad_loop

INT. DUMPY APARTMENT BEDROOM - NIGHT

@transition fade in black in 4

You need to cut to whatever zone you want to be in in the dumpy apartment background. Then click on save and test your story, then zoom to whatever spot you want to zoom into.

Hello i have a Question.

How can I let my character look out of the window. So the character is standing with his back to you.
Thanks in advance.

You can spot direct your character in front of a window, and let her do an animation that has their back to you , like the animation idle_rear. Just be sure to test it using the previewer

So I’m using your choose who you want to customize template and there’s an error that says Unexpected goto( u’ customize_characters’, false) can you help out?

Oh ok and i have another Question.
Is it normal that i cant here most of my sounds?
Am i doing something wrong?

I love your profile picture.

Is it possible to make 2 characters talk at the same time?

You forgot to add a starting bracket after “Yes, bitch”

Can you post a screenshot of your script with the error?

Technically, no. But what you can do is create a character named “BOTH” and have both characters do a talking animation while the character BOTH has dialogue.

&CHAR1 is talk_neutral and CHAR2 is talk_happy
BOTH
Dialogue here.

Just place the BOTH character offscreen.

Hi Dara!

I’m currently struggling with this and I can’t seem to understand what could be wrong. It gives me the error message : “Specify one of “shifts to”, “rotates”, “scales to”, “opacity”, “to layer” for your overlay animation”

Hello Dara! I am just starting to write on Episode Interactive and already having troubles. While working on a story, I had an idea for another one so I tried making a new story by obviously clicking on New Story on the portal. But because of that, I lost (?) the story I was just working on and can only find it on Playable Stories on mobile. I don’t know if I am just dumb but I honestly can’t find the story I was previously working on, any ideas? Thank you so much.
