Dare to get to know me? šŸ‘½

Oh, I am so sorry, Nemesis. I also don’t take goodbyes too well, and understand what you must have felt. I have no idea what to feel…you just revealed so deep things relating to your soul sisters (you met one in real life, that is so cool and brave of you!)
Hey, I know I hurt you, you don’t take goodbyes or rejection too easily. Its okay, I also feel the same when someone does this to me but don’t really take it to heart. I am sorry, you are sensitive. I should have handled worded my situation better.
To tell you some more, I am happy and very honoured that I have someone who considers me a real family in an online place like this and I can relate to them on a deeper level. I am honestly upset and angry at your first soulsister, it is degrading to do that. We don’t have the right to hurt others’ feelings or sentiments at all.
And thanks for sharing the profile name, I shall check it out :v:

In earlier posts I explained how Nemesis became my name and that the black panther is my heraldic animal of choice, so I expected that someone might wonder what DarkFox has to do with all this. The  is the heraldic animal of choice of my first soulsister, so I made this side nick in honor of her and used it to publish my poems while Nemesis was related to my projects and organisations, like the Shadow Army or the Dark Alliance. :smiling_imp:

We should not start the whole who hurt whom more thing again, if you do not feel uncomfortable around me, you are very welcome to stay. It might be a bit dark here, though. :innocent:

Maybe not a too healthy trait however, fuels depression.

Well unlike me, I usually just do whatever that comes into my mind. (Unless I’m playing some games like chess or anything similar to it)

Sounds corny, but the female brain does work different than the male. Chess, huh? A dangerous Lady with a masterplan you truely are. :memo:

I have the same question – why are SO obsessed with the colour yellow only?

I am yellow… :joy:
I was a child of light for my first 19 years, I do not hate it. My mother loves the colour yellow, but she and I are real opposites. Just do not blame me if some darkness sickers into your life, hard to avoid it when with a child of the night. :innocent:

Oh God, I’m sorry about all that. I’m doing okay, besides stressing over a test I have yet to get back.
Bureaucracy… if you don’t mind me asking, what is that?

Would you know if you were reassimilated? I’m assuming you would, but it almost sounds as if you’re implying you wouldn’t really know.
So, basically (correct me if I’m wrong), to not get reassimilated, this has to be your number one priority. Take up the majority of your thoughts. An obsession, you have tonne truly dedicated to it.

Oh lol. That makes much more sense, thanks. It’s fine, don’t worry about it. When were you diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue? And is it genetic?

Ooh, yay, another book to put on my reading list. I’ll look for it at the library when I’ve got the time.

Lucky youngsters, @phlegmatic had to ask me this, too. Bureaucracy is all the paper work you have to deal with when you want something from the State and its institutions.

Not imidiately, you are right, only when checking on yourself again, but by then it might be too late to change anything about it. That“s why it is important to keep an eye on yourself, to not loose track of your actual goals. Which is a good idea ouside of Awakening anyway.

Diagnosing CFS is difficult. I thought I might have it since about 2004, the first diagnosis written by a neurologist was done in April this year. It“s a complicated illness, the definition changes all the time, and noone knows what causes it or how to cure it. You can look it up on the internet, the ICD-10 code is G93.3 (ME/CFS/SEID).

It“s not a book, just a short story, only 2 pages long. You can find it on the internet, too.

Roughly, but I prefer trading card games like Yu-Gi-Oh!, much more diversity.

If your :brain: needs a challenge, give it a try. You can download and play the app ā€œYu-Gi-Oh! - Duel Linksā€ for free on your cellphone, but it requires some space, like 2,5 GB by now.

ehhh >.< sorryyy, I tried Googling it and I didn’t understand the definition, so I figured it’d be easier to just ask you.

Oof. So you could be going about your daily life and then randomly think to think about it, realising that you’ve been reassimilated. Your actual goals surrounding Awakening and stuff or real life? And lol yeahhhhhhhhhh ha ha…

Oh. I’ve read a few paragraphs on it, and from what I can remember, the list of symptoms was long. …Of course, you probably already knew that, sorry. So do you get any medication for CFS or no?
And sorry what? I didn’t understand any of that last sentence. The ICD-10—what?

Oh. Wow. When you said short I was thinking like 100 to 150 pages lol. If I can develop the attention span to read that online, I definitely will.

(also. totally forgot to reply to this sorry)

There is a saying that goes something like this: ā€œBureaucracy was invented to satisfy the needs of bureaucracy.ā€

Guess it fits for all goals in life, once you are distracted too much or too long, you lose your way. The difference is that you mostly can go back and try again, but not in terms of Awakening.

There is no therapy or medication for chronic fatigue yet, at least not specifically. One thing they try is called Pacing, meaning that you need to learn how to best menage your energy so you do not overdo it on a good day.
The WHO needs to internationally define what a certain illness is. One of the two main classifications is called ICD-10. It’s like a medical encyclopedia, and if you look up the code G93.3, you will find the definition of chronic fatigue as it is right now.

Well, you could just print it and read it offline, old bums like me do that.
