Kafka is a two-edged sword. We discussed his stories quite thoroughly in school. They are fascinating, but can also be very discouraging and frustrating, like the idea of Nihilism in general. I would not recommend to read them at a young age, it needs a solid view on things to deal with it. In my case, I needed several years to recover and regain some faith in my ideals.
That’s exactly what it is.

Cassandra was the wise seer of Troy, she tried to warn them to not bring the wooden horse into the city, but they would not listen. Thus, the Curse of Cassandra refers to a person who knows what will happen, but can do nothing about it, making Cassandra a helpless beholder.

MMhh, yeah. Must be a really helpless feeling and situation.
Must be hard, and when something is bad, you can always TRY to make things better. If you can’t change anything, it’s even more terrible. 
One more thing. In my opinion is the greek mythology very interesting, I always found it very fascinating.

So it’s almost Halloween, but since I never really celebrated it and do not feel too good, I am a little uncreative. Lucky for me I have a whole forum full of young folks to help me.
