Btw, sorry for leaving the conversation, and I did not refer to a particular season of Buffy. I loved the series back then, but when I see a random episode today, I dunno. Maybe itās like Sailor Moon, you need to be in the flow to get it. Never said I dislike it, though.

However, I promised you and especially @Chocolate_Mama to explain my full name here next and before the wedding of @The_Saminator and me starts, and I wouldnĀ“t want to turn ChocoĀ“s milk in her cocoa sour, so here we go:
I already told you how Nemesis became my first name, the Black Panther my heraldic animal and DarkFox my artist name. But I also have a double last name and for a while a second name, so my full name of choice is Nemesis Alexiel Adamant DĀ“Aresodin.
As I explained before, between my 18th and 19th birthday my former best friend and later arch-enemy and I teamed up once more after our friends tried to mediate between us, and he was the one who tought me the basics of role-play (AD&D) and who was a big fan of the chaotic evil Drow (dark elves) in Robert A. SalvatoreĀ“s novels. We played a bit during the breaks between lessons, and for one campaign he wanted me to make a Drow character, and for that character I came up with this last name.
English speakers easily understand the meaning of āadamantā, while we do not have this word in German. Comic fans also know that WolverineĀ“s skeleton and claws are made of a metal called āadamantiumā. This Latin word originally meant āharder as steelā. I made a statement with this as my āfriendā still urged me to give up my principles because he thought they would only slow and bind me down, while I told him that they make me the person I am and that I would never give up my ideals.
The āDĀ“ā refers not only to the Musketeers, but was also used to make the name look more like a Drow House name.
Aresodin stands for Ares and Odin, the Greek God of War and the Nordic Godfather, aka Wotan, father of Thor, the God of Thunder, who is closely related to my birth name, Thorsten. I wanted both mythologies to be involved as I read and liked both as a child and as I would not want to ātake sidesā in questions of religion, as my āfriendā wanted me to by converting to his nature religion. I am rather pantheistic, if anything, as any theory is as realistic as another or not, we do not have any hard proof for anything. The God of War I chose for the same reason my first online organisation was an army, because I used to look at life as a war and struggle, survival of the fittest etc.
So while my first and last name were made before I even had internet in 1999 and only were combined then, I did not have a second name right from the start, but a few years later. The name Alexiel refers to a character of the anime and manga āAngel Sanctuaryā by Kaori Yuki. In short, Alexiel is a female angel with 3 wings who sides with the demons as she disgusts the way the other angels and her twin brother Rosiel slaugther them. During this fight she loses her body and her soul is reborn in the body of a young man, Setsuna Mudo, who already has enough problems of his ownā¦

Since I was busy with other things, I am a little late to wish you a good start into the new year. But I also want to thank you for being the kind and caring individuals you are. I just gained the 100 days at forums badge, so I am still rather new here, but I am very happy to be accepted and welcomed the way I was and still am.
