Feature stories,their writing team,(hire new creative team not those who write only clishe stories.

I would add some kind of warning on stories which are 18+.

I don’t think they are bad,but they are old and need some fixing.

No,but I thought avout leaving becuse I cant find any interesting stories in those that their recommend,I cant just go and tipe anything to find good story.

Your question are good,They sound like something lawyer would ask you
The question about diversity is due to their promise of implementing it over a year ago because of a community uproar but they’ve yet to fulfil it. Take away community stories and you are left with mostly trash (obviously there are a couple of decent featured stories). Episode wouldn’t survive on just their featured stories alone, we make up for most of their downfalls so we should have a say in what is good for our community.

They can hire writer write about fantasy (superhero or supernatural) or comedy series (Zack and Cody, Jessie)
And remove the …In my Bed story, lmao

We already expressed our thought about It starts with a bra.
Nothing have changed.
We can talk about it longer than Titanic (The movie) but if we don’t decide together To DO or at least try to do something about it, new stories like that will keep coming.
Also, even if I don’t like featured stories, I respect the people who code it, chose the outfits, design everything about it. I have nothing against you.

They shouldn’t implement new guidelines, if they are it has to be for featured stories. User stories already suffer enough.

It’s bad. REALLY BAD. You can’t even breathe when you write a horror story. Right now I’m struggling because of a scene that’s shown for a brief second, but it can get me banned. But featured stories get away with everything.

I honestly don’t really care about what Episode thinks/writes. They obviously do stuff wrong. Whether its contests, featured stories, their way of promoting diversity, they always do stuff wrong. But opposites attract each other, so I don’t see myself leaving

It just shows the company being not able to handle their own stuff. The community runs stuff here. Without the community, this app would fall apart.

I couldn’t agree more with your final answer.
I can understand how writing a horror is difficult with the guidelines that they have in place, but let’s be honest, they don’t really care about the horror category do they? It makes up for probably no more than 5% of their users, which is sad for both horror authors and the readers.
Do you think they will be less greedy? Do you think they will listen? I personally don’t or else this whole issue would have never happened.

I just really don’t understand why they keep making stupid stuff. You’re nothing without your users, sorry to break the news but that’s true. Every company is a nothing without their customers.
Notice how make-up brands bring out more shades for their customers? Yeah, because they listen to their customers and become even more successful. All they have to do is write a normal story with a diverse cast. That’s what we’ve been saying for the past 2 years. And what do they give us? In My Bed and It Starts with a Bra, the most problematic stories…

Just like I said in a comment further up, they need to be reminded that we made them, not the other way around. A company that respects their audience does better than a company that rips you off. You gain respect and loyalty - both of which Episode is losing; rapidly.
That’s a great comparison. Rihanna brings out a make up brand that has foundations for almost every skin tone after years of companies saying they couldn’t do it. Funny how quickly they could afterwards. Episode will learn that when people leave and don’t return, it’s because we are respected elsewhere and our loyalty to a company that certainly doesn’t respect us and our views, belongs elsewhere.
