Hey guys! I was wondering does anyone know how to create my own decorative overlays and moving decorative overlays? As in, if I would want to create an overlay with a bunch of stars around how would I do it and code it into my story, and make it move? Please respond ASAP!

Can I make it on Canva? If I can, how?
Do you have an overlay to work with? Like stars as you are suggesting.
If not what type of stars would you like (more dot like or something more star shaped) also what colour(s)?
Depends if you want it to move, or flash. If you mean move… where exactly on the screen do you want to move it?!
Something similar to the pictures I have provided, and I want to make some that don’t move and some that do move. I don’t know how to create one yet so I don’t have an overlay to start with. 
I also want some to move along the screen, left to right, up and down. I hope that makes sense. 
I think you could request for someone to make them or use images online then turn them into pngs, and you could code them like this (though this is just an idea, I haven’t tried it out yet!)
For blinking/flashing stars:
make them opacity 100% then 0% in (time) so it appears to be fading in and out. I think you could use & to make it work at the same time as your dialogue or some looping thing. Sorry I don’t really know.
For making them move:
You could shift them to a spot on the screen, copy and paste that code, then have it go back to the original position, if that helps?

What you said really did help and I’m just trying to find a way to make my own as well. From scratch, I tried searching up pictures to make it into a PNG but they are not the pictures I want.

I would love that! Something similar to the picture provided but I want it to be a brighter yellow, but not too bright. And another one with light pink hearts and small white dots.

Sounds good! I use the app IbisPaintX to make my overlays and backgrounds. I sent a private message of one of the overlays I created. Is that something you are looking for?
