I did receive an email a few days ago from Google saying they were removing Google Play Music. They are switching over to YouTube Music in October, I believe. I understand why they did it. YouTube is owned by Google, and it doesn’t make sense to have two music providers, especially if not many people used Google Play Music. This Google Support link shows you how to transfer your music to YouTube music if you need it.

Did anyone else receive that email about how you are not getting sued from Google Plus?

it isn’t avaliable in my area yet, I guess they are releasing it in October?

I’m not entirely sure. I know that they are going to get rid of Google Play Music by the end of the year. YouTube music is currently available in the United States and 94 other countries (According to Wikipedia) but I don’t know when or if it will be released in any other countries.
