I haven’t been active on here in a while and I forgot what the difference is between the “@CHARACTER is animation_ID” command and the “@CHARACTER starts animation_ID” command.
Sorry if it’s obvious, but can anyone clarify it for me?

Starts happens immediatley while with is waits for the animation to be finished before continuing. I know don’t know, that’s how I see it.
