Difference between "set format cinematic" & "set format spotlight"

I recently used the set format phonetext, and I was wondering how to go back but knowing the difference between the two of “set format cinematic” and “set format spotlight”

Cinematic would be the full body one, Spotlight the one where characters just pop out the window.
