I think episode should add it so we can make fat, medium and thin characters because all the characters are the same weight or have abs and I think we need more variety in all shapes and sizes.
This could be done by address Ng clothing that makes them look like this, like with maternity outfits that they have. So for example you could have a jumper and jeans that make your character look heavier, or thinner.
Or a vest/top for guys that gets rid of the abs, by covering them cos not everyone has abs.
