I’ve filed two support tickets. One about the mobile app and now about episode interactive. The mobile app does not save story progress, it doesn’t show the stories I’ve read and doesn’t keep the stories in my favorites. For episode interactive, when typing, my keys skip/miss letters but it only occurs on the episode interactive website when I try to write my story. Right now with these two problems I cannot read or write stories. Hope you can help soon as possible.
