Ok I am a VERY new at attempting digital art… anyone have constructive feedback or tips to improve? 
Full disclosure, YES the face shape is traced but I am still learning Procreate and experimenting with digital art.

It’s really good for a beginner!! I’d recommend darkening the eyelashes, and really just don’t be afraid to shade! More reds in the face, and just generally more shading would really help. Try using references and mimicking those colors as best you can. The best way to improve is practice!

Like I said I’m in no way an artist so I’m suuuuper inexperienced and had no idea they would be as hard as they are to make them look good! Not sure which brush to use honestly is the biggest issue
Looks great! They look super cute and I love the detail of their face. I also love the hair, It looks so real! Great job!!

Here’s some tips;
- Use more than two colours to shade. Use warm colours, dark purple-ish colours for shadows, yellowy colours for highlights.
- Remove the strokes as the pic below because it looks like her hair is growing on her neck.
- Shade the lips and the bottom of the nose and the cheeks more. There are lots of realistic shading tutorials on youtube you can check em our :))
- For some extra touches, you can use some skin brushes to add the skin effects e.g. freckles
P.s. don’t forget to shade the clothes
