If your putting a choice inside another choice and you need a label where do you put it, without going all the way back to the first choice?
Where are you trying to put the label? From what I understand, a label can not go within a choice.

Purple_Ghost 's right: you can’t have a label within the choice, because every label has to be accessible regardless what choices the reader makes.
Other than that you can put it anywhere in the storyline as long as you have a clear, organised way to/from the label so the SE don’t get confused.
