DISCUSSION: Advanced Directing

I didn’t care about advanced directing for almost two years :speak_no_evil: I focused on the characters and the dialogues, but then I noticed that I do enjoy reading well-directed stories more, so I started to feel a little embarrassed about my work. I also took Amber’s directing classes, and while I’m still struggling with certain things, she definitely answered many of my questions, and I really think that I improved since I’m trying to keep her tips in mind. Now as @LillyR mentioned, the next step would be the imagination, which I don’t have  Sometimes I have ideas that I give up because I don’t know how to execute them. And I’m super lazy, too. I know I’m still not putting in that much effort, I’m rather like “Hm, does this look awkward?” If no, I’m happy, if yes, I usually just remove the scene
